For how long should one take Inulin-Nutrimed to get an effect?

For example, if you took 2 capsules 3 times a day, you should take 1 capsule 3 times a day 15 minutes before meal with water. You should have 4-6 weeks interval between the courses. Repeat the course few times a year.
